IDC Shareholders Meeting Information
Independent distributors owning stock in the IDC-USA cooperative participate in two annual meetings. Our spring shareholders meeting was held in Indianapolis, Indiana, home to IDC’s National Headquarters, Distribution Center, and IDC University. Our fall shareholders meeting is held in conjunction with PTDA’s annual Industry Summit, at a destination location.
IDC Member-Owners are expected to take an active role in their ownership of IDC-USA including attending shareholders meetings. Missing these important meetings is not acceptable and can result in expulsion from the cooperative.
2010 Spring Shareholders Meeting
IDC-USA’s 2010 Spring Shareholders Meeting, Supplier Forum, and Supplier Trade Show will be held May 19 & 20 in Indianapolis, Indiana. To learn more about this meeting, click here.
2010 Fall Shareholders Meeting
IDC-USA's 2010 Fall Shareholders Meeting will be held October 19 and 20, at the JW Marriot Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona in conjunction with the 2010 PTDA Industry Summit. To learn more about this meeting, click here.
IDC Board of Directors Meetings
IDC-USA’s Board of Directors meets quarterly to review current business practices. The Board of Directors’ second and fourth quarter meetings are held in conjunction with the shareholders’ spring and fall meeting, respectively.
The 2009 first quarter board meeting was held February 12-13 in St. Petersburg, Florida. The second quarter meeting was held April 27-28 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The third quarter meeting was held August 3-4 in New Castle, New Hampshire. The fourth quarter meeting was held October 19-20 in San Diego, California.
Prior to each Board meeting, IDC Distributors are asked to submit questions, concerns or suggestions to their assigned Board of Directors representative. Feedback received from IDC Distributors is taken to the table for discussion and review. IDC-USA wants its member-owners’ voices to be heard.
IDC Committee Meetings
IDC-USA’s Committees meet periodically throughout the year as needed. A minimum of two meetings per year is required for each committee; prior to each shareholders meeting. Most meetings are done by teleconferencing through IDC-USA’s state-of-the-art VoIP system.
