Board of Directors
IDC-USA is governed by a Board of Directors composed of nine members headed by a chairman. This group meets four times each calendar year. The IDC Board of Directors reviews all relative cooperative matters. Board members are elected to a term of three years and cannot serve more than two consecutive terms.
Elected officers report to the Board of Directors and handle the basic operations of the cooperative. Composed of a president & CEO, secretary & treasurer, and vice president, these officers are elected to one-year terms.
