At their annual spring shareholders meeting and supplier trade show, IDC Distributors and Preferred Suppliers rallied to collectively donate almost $10,000 to the IDC Charitable Trust Corporation. “It is so gratifying during these tough economic times to see this level of commitment from our IDC Family. IDC Distributors and Preferred Suppliers are clearly committed to building better communities,” said Jack Bailey, President and CEO of IDC-USA.

When Bando USA, learned of the cooperative’s motorcycle charity ride, to be held in conjunction with the 2009 Shareholders Meeting and Supplier Trade Show; they saw a great opportunity to show their support of the IDC Charitable Trust. The IDC Platinum-level supplier purchased bandanas bearing the IDC corporate logo that they sold during the trade show. Attendees interested in purchasing a bandana were simply asked to make a donation to the IDC Charitable Trust Corporation. Little did participants know that Bando would match all contributions received that day; one unsuspecting IDC Distributor, Power Equipment & Engineering, paid $500 for one bandana.
